Pastry Shop
From the recipies of Philipp Weinand, a master of his craft in pastry and baking cakes and torten are made to this day.
Venison
The game for our various venison dishes comes from our own hunting grounds on the slopes of the Middle Rhine. Every step until the dish is served on your table is controlled and handled by us.
Wines
90 % of our wines are obtained from the Middle Rhine. The title "Haus des besten Schoppens" - House of the Best Pint - graces our establishment.
