Day 1: Arrival. Enjoy a welcome drink with a glass of local wine (Bopparder Hamm).

Day 2: Transfer to Braubach. Walk up to Marksburg castle (guided tour possible). Walk through the Dinkholder valley to Osterspai. Proceed to Filsen and take the nature trail to Kamp-Bornhofen (21 km).

Day 3: Transfer to Wellmich. Hike through the romantic and wild Pulsbachklamm gorge, via the Hindenburg height to Sterrenberg castle (12 km).

Day 4: Walk up to Katz castle and the Loreley rock. Continue via the lookout points of Spitznack and Roßstein to Kaub. Return on the paddle-steamer “Goethe” or by railway (22 km).
